Introduce a company – earn up to $5,000
Know a leader who needs IT talent? A warm introduction from you can start a new partnership. When it leads to a signed agreement and our first placement, you earn a reward.
Who can refer
Anyone in your professional network, including former colleagues, vendors, consultants, and partner recruiters.
What qualifies
- A warm introduction to a hiring decision-maker at a company that is new to BesTech
- The company signs a service agreement with BesTech
- BesTech makes a first placement there (contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire)
Reward tiers

How your tier is set
- Based on the placed professional's base hourly pay rate at start, excluding overtime
- Direct hire: base salary ÷ 2,080 (about $104,000 and $156,000 at the tier breaks)
- Contract and contract-to-hire roles need an initial term of 6 months or more for the top two tiers; shorter terms earn the first tier
Multi-hire bonus
If 3 or more placements with the new client start within 90 days of the first, you earn the top reward ($5,000) regardless of rate.
When you're paid
- First half: after BesTech receives the client's first payment and the placement is still active after 30 days
- Second half: when the placement completes 90 days (or the direct-hire guarantee period, if longer)
- A W-9 is required before your first payment
If a placement ends early
If the first placement ends before 90 days, the second payment is held until a replacement or another placement with that company completes 90 days.
Eligibility
- First to register wins. A referral stays valid for 12 months from registration.
- The company must be new to BesTech (not already a client or in active discussions with us in the past 12 months).
- Not eligible: employees of the company being introduced, BesTech staff and recruiters, self-referrals, and anyone whose employer prohibits referral payments.
- Your exact reward is confirmed in writing before the placement starts.
